Candlelit Restorative & Sound Healing

Service Description

This class offers a peaceful and deeply relaxing experience that combines the gentle movements of restorative yoga with the healing vibrations of sound healing. The class is conducted in a softly lit room with electric candles, and participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, and bring any additional pillows/blankets for extra support. The class includes a series of slow and gentle yoga postures that are designed to promote relaxation and release tension from the body. These postures are supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, which allow participants to comfortably hold each pose for an extended period of time. As the yoga postures are held, Stephanie will guide participants through a meditative journey using softly spoken cues and sound healing. Stephanie will play a variety of sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls & chimes to create a harmonious and soothing soundscape that promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation. The vibrations from the sound instruments will work to release any remaining tension or blockages in the body, leaving participants feeling refreshed and renewed. The class will conclude with a short period of silent meditation, allowing participants to fully integrate the healing benefits of the practice. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners, including beginners. No previous experience with yoga or sound healing is necessary. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle (free Kangan water in the fitness center), crystals, and any personal belongings you would like to clear with the vibrations of sound. All other props provided. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Refund policy is 100% refund minus a 7% refund processing fee. Refund must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late Arrivals: Doors are locked when class starts. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the teacher to be on time for the current or upcoming clients.
