Tantric Rose cacao ceremony, gentle & heart opening yoga, and of course- a sound bath immersion.

An opportunity to give your mind, body, and soul an experience of compassion and self love as we head into Autumn.

Drop in is $22 but as a gift to our regular yogis, you CAN use your class pass for this workshop!

*The cacao will be served warm. It is non dairy and I sweeten it with sweetened condensed coconut milk and a dash of cinnamon. Will be topped with edible roses and edible glitter!
