About the Event

Welcome to an evening of nourishment and community at Sunshine Acres Family Farm, in beautiful Port Orchard, WA. Embark on a journey that brings you into union with body, mind, and spirit surrounded by the delights of our natural world.

The evening will include:

  • Knowledge to cultivate nourishing ayurvedic rituals in your practice for the Summer season with Krystal Akin. Krystal is a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist, & is currently enrolled in a 600hr Ayurvedic Health Counselor program. She’s also a state licensed therapist, specializing in trauma and emotional regulation. Krystal has been integrating holistic health practices into her work in supporting others since 2012. She is passionate about guiding others to find more peace, healing, and balance by exploring the many layers of the self. Mud Flower Mindful Movement and Counseling, PLLC
  • A Summer inspired Farm to Table meal with farm owner Erika Anderson. Erika is a registered yoga teacher, folk herbalist, and farmer. She balances her time between her family, yoga practice and farm, Sunshine Acres Family Farm in Port Orchard,  where she provides her community with fresh, naturally grown produce, goods, and services, as well as the opportunity to connect with the natural world in hands-on experiences and workshops. Rooted in the idea that yoga is much more than a series of poses, but rather a holistic approach to living, Erika fosters a supportive environment for personal growth. Living Free Yoga
  • Transformative sound bath with Stephanie Hansen. Stephanie is a sound healing practitioner and yoga & meditation teacher based in Port Orchard, WA. She has been assisting individuals and groups with mindfulness and intentional relaxation since 2014. Sound baths help to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using something called 'entrainment'. Come recalibrate your cells with healing frequencies.
