With the holidays fast approaching, it can become easy to not take care of ourselves and get caught up in the chaos.
We cannot pour from an empty cup.
Take the time to practice gratitude, go within and center yourself to give yourself the gift of being fully present during this coming holiday season.
Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body.
Sound Healing is a practice that uses vibrations (like Chakra tuned Crystal Singing Bowls tuned to 432 HZ) in order to relax your mind and body.
The Art of Intuitive Adjustments is a sacred experience for both the giver and receiver. Optional long and steady holds are generally intuitively adjusted on your feet, ankles, legs, hips, ribs, chest, back, shoulders, neck and head to hold space for a mutual Divine connection to Source.
Bring your own yoga mat and water.
Tea and all sanitized props will be provided.
Limited to 6 spaces. (we were allowing 9 but we have decided to make this a smaller and more intimate event due to COVID precautions)
$44 reserves your loving space.
This is a 2 1/2 hour workshop so class passes are not able to be used for workshops and series.
