*We highly recommend taking at least 2 weeks off from work etc to allow ample time to travel to and from Thailand with the time change (Thailand is 14 hours AHEAD of us). 

We also highly suggest using the Time Shifter app and following the tips as best as you can to alleviate some of the jetlag symptoms.

AIRFARE TIPS- 

Stephanie's favorite way to travel to and from Bangkok (BKK- Suvarnabhumi Airport) FROM SEATTLE  is with Eva Air. One stop in Taiwan. About 19 hours one way. Tickets range from $1,500- $1,800 ROUND TRIP.

Book at LEAST 3 months in advance and send Stephanie your flight confirmations.

Stephanie's favorite way to travel to and from Koh Samui  FROM BANGKOK (BKK-USM & back) is with Bangkok Airways. It's about a 1 hour flight and they serve you a meal on the short flight! Tickets are around $150- $200 round trip.

Book at LEAST 3 months in advance and send Stephanie your flight confirmations.

**Stephanie & Maggie will be flying out of Seattle Monday 6/24/24. It will be 19 hours of straight travel to get to Bangkok.

Since Thailand is 14 hours ahead of us, we won't arrive until Wed 6/26/24 which is ReTreat start day! Local friends and family are welcome to travel alongside us, Stephanie will notify you when flights are purchased.

***Narnia ReTreat check out is Saturday 7/6/24 on the Island of Koh Phangan.

Allow enough time for you to take a speedboat ferry from Koh Phangan to Koh Samui and then a short 1 hour flight from Koh Samui back to Bangkok BEFORE starting your long flights home. Budget for taxis as well. Travel BACK home after check out is NOT included.

Stephanie ALWAYS stay AT LEAST one extra night at U-Tiny in Bangkok to allow a little break in travel before starting the long journey home. U-Tiny will pick you up and drop you back off at the Bangkok airport for a small fee (6 min from the resort)

Be careful when booking your flights home so you have enough time to get back to Bangkok! 

Stephanie is more than willing to help you book your travel arrangements coming back home. 

Stephanie and Maggie will be staying longer at the island so we will not be able to guide you back home.
