Log into your Zoom account and roll out your mat in the comfort of your own home!

Props are HIGHLY recomended and required for MOST of the restorative postures we will do.

Please have 2 blankets about the same size, a bolster and yoga block(s) nearby when class begins. 

You can improvise a bolster with a big pillow (can wrap a blanket around it to make it bigger), improvise blocks with two big books (like dictionaries). If you need help with preparing, please email Steph and I will help you with some ideas to have you prepared at home ahead of time. anandaindustries3@gmail.com

This class is for ALL LEVELS and very beginner friendly!

Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body.

What is Sound Healing? In short, it's a practice that uses vibrations (like Chakra tuned Crystal Singing Bowls tuned to 432 HZ) in order to relax your mind and body.

You will be emailed the Zoom link immedietly after registering in your confirmation email AND you will again be emailed the Zoom link & password 1 HOUR before class starts!

Online classes are $15 per session if you are able, but no one will be turned away right now due to lack of funds.

Pay what you can!
