About the Event
We will begin with a heart opening Cacao Ceremony by Stephananda.
Medicine Woman Erica L. Coe will lead us through a Water Ceremony to release what is holding you back from loving yourself and others with your whole heart.
Maggie will help us settle in with breath work and then you'll enjoy a TRIPLE GODDESS sound bath that will ground and recharge you.
We will close our afternoon ReTreat with making an intention-filled salt bath to continue the healing at home.
