Join gust teacher Erin Quinn, owner of Equinoxx Yoga for a special edition, Rise & Shine Yoga with Sound, on Saturday 6/12/21 from 10:30-11:45am!

Erin Quinn is a 200 hr RYT, a Reiki healer, a tarot card reader, a trauma-informed educator, and a lover of healing with nature. Originally from upstate New York, Erin has been a part of the Kitsap community for almost 7 years. She completed her YTT and meditation training at Blooming Lotus Yoga in Bali under the guidance of Lily Goncalves and Ramananda Mayi, and teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Power Flow, and Meditation classes. 

Erin views yoga as so much more than contorting your body into postures on the mat, she knows yoga as a chance to truly heal and know your true self in all practices of living. For her this practice has created space to heal and grow infinitely, and one of her favorite parts of being a teacher is being able to pass that gift along to others of all ages, shapes, and abilities. Erin's classes are creative, inclusive, and have a strong emphasis on the ancient art of quieting the mind to find the well of wisdom which dwells within.

For this rise and shine class you can expect a gentle flow that builds a little fire in your belly, and allows for deep release at the end of class along with sound healing, chanting, and a guided meditation.

What to bring?

Bring your yoga mat, Crystals, and any personal belongings you would like to clear with the vibrations of sound. Dress in layers. (free water available on site)

$15 drop in but you can use your class pass to sign up for this event, just reach out to Steph and I'll get you signed up!
