Log into your Zoom account and roll out your mat in the comfort of your own home!

If you have additional props like a blanket, bolster, blocks and strap- bring them with you. You can also improvise a bolster with a big pillow, improvise a block with a big book, improvise a strap with a belt or long scarf!

A moderately paced class for students who are physically healthy but new to yoga, returning to yoga or prefer a less-rigorous class. Attention focuses on conscious breathing, healthy alignment in poses while gaining strength, flexibility and focus. This class is complimented by a Chakra balancing Sound Healing Savasana session.

You will be emailed the Zoom link & password 1 day before class.

Online classes are $15 per session if you are able, but no one will be turned away right now.

Pay what you can! If you need a full scholarship due to financial difficulty, please reach out to Steph at anandaindustries3@gmail.com and I will give you a code for a complimentary class. We all need yoga & community right now, more than ever.
