Imagine settling into a peaceful sanctuary, surrounded by soft lighting. 

As you take a seat, you notice the subtle warmth emanating from the room's infared heating system, enveloping you in a cocoon of relaxation.  

You are then invited to participate in a series of gentle, seated movements that help to release tension and stress stored in your body.

Soon, the gentle sound of a singing bowl begins to fill the room, its reverberations washing over you like a warm wave. 

The sound bath has begun.  

At the end of the gently heated sound bath, you are presented with an affirmation card to take home with you. Each card features a positive message, designed to help you maintain the sense of peace and relaxation you've experienced during the sound bath.  

As the session comes to a close, you feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. The movement, warmth, and sound have worked in harmony to create a transformative experience, leaving you feeling centered, balanced, and ready to face the world with renewed energy and positivity.

Our monthly Heated Sound Baths can be especially beneficial for those who find it difficult to let go during regular meditation practices or are looking for something new and different to add to their self-care routine.
