Join Stephanie & Maggie for a nurturing afternoon reTreat beginning with a Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony and Sacred Circle to set intentions and connect Mother's Day Weekend.
We’ll then flow into gentle, heart-centered yoga, followed by a truly unique experience—a **floating sound bath immersion** while suspended in an antigravity hammock!
Our day together will conclude with a special intention-setting activity, where you'll plant seeds to take home and tend, symbolizing continued growth and mindfulness.
