The Monday evening sunset will include a Sacred Circle & Sunset Sound Bath, overlooking the water off Beach Dr.

Our Circle will create a Sacred bond by sharing (only if you want to- no pressure), support, & providing feelings of safety in a non-judgemental environment. Your story will be heard and honored, wherever you are on your journey. This is a place for you to get connected and nourished, in a container for healing.

What is a Sound Bath? In short, it's a practice that uses vibrations (like Frosted Crystal Singing Bowls tuned to 432 HZ) in order to relax your mind and body. Come get blissed out!

***If it's super cold or raining, the event will be held inside iGi Fitness which is located inside the WestBay Center off Bay St. You will be emailed LAST MINUTE if this is the weather situation. Feel free to double check with me via Facebook messenger, email or my cell on that Monday morning.

Yoga blanket provided!

What to bring?

Bring your yoga mat, an extra Cozy Blanket, Cozy Socks, Crystals, and any personal belongings you would like to clear with the vibrations of sound. Dress warm in case it gets cold and in layers in case it's hot! (free bottled Spring Water Available on Site)

$15 drop in but you can use your class pass to sign up for this event, just reach out to Steph and I'll get you signed up!
