**Healing Room Sound Bath** Immerse yourself in a whimsical 60-minute Sound Journey that blends sound healing and optional aromatherapy to release stress, tension, and emotional blockages. Your Healing Room Sound Bath will feature a curated selection of instruments, including gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, crystal pyramids, ocean drums, rain sticks, thunder drums, and more. Each sound is thoughtfully chosen to create a soothing, resonant atmosphere that encourages deep relaxation and meditative awareness. As the sound waves gently envelop you, they reach deep within your body, supporting cellular healing and rejuvenation. By the end of the session, you’ll feel refreshed, re-energized, and attuned to your inner self. Stephanie will guide you softly back to the present, leaving you grounded and balanced.
