Private Sound Bath Session

Service Description

Stephanie invites you to a 90 minute private sound bath session where you will experience a deeply relaxing journey. This unique healing experience combines the power of sound healing & aromatherapy (available with no aromatherapy if preferred) to help you release stress, tension, and blocked emotions. This sound bath immersion will include a variety of instruments including gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, crystal pyramid, ocean drum, rain stick, thunder drum, and others. These instruments are carefully selected to create a harmonious and resonant soundscape that can help you enter a state of deep relaxation and meditative awareness. As you lay comfortably, Stephanie will use her intuitive abilities to guide the energy flow, releasing any blocks or tensions in your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. The sound waves will penetrate deep into your cells, promoting cellular healing, and rejuvenation. You will feel refreshed, energized, and connected with your inner self. At the end of the session, Stephanie will gently guide you back to the present moment, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and balanced. You will receive a few minutes of quiet time to integrate the experience, and then you will be invited to share any insights or experiences you may have. Make this a date night for an additional $25! Private Sound Bath sessions are available at either iGi Fitness, Orchard Roots, or your preferred location in Port Orchard, WA. You can select your preferred date and time when scheduling online, but your appointment will not be officially confirmed until we connect because I might need to reserve the date and time with the studios I rent from to be sure they don't already have something going on there. Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Refund policy is 100% refund minus a 7% refund processing fee. Refund must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late Arrivals: Doors are locked when class starts. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the teacher to be on time for the current or upcoming clients.
