Service Description
Take a pause before the week begins and give your nervous system the reset it deserves. Sunday Stillness is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and return to yourself through the healing vibrations of sound. We will begin with a few minutes of gentle seated movement and mindful breathing to soften the body and quiet the mind. From there, you will settle into a comfortable resting position and be immersed in a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other whimsical instruments. As the sounds wash over you, your body can naturally shift into a more relaxed state — supporting rest, clarity, and emotional balance. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & No-Show Policy** - **Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session** will receive a full credit towards a future session (or a 92% refund if preferred- refunds have a 8% processing fee due to the banks charging processing fees). - **Cancellations within 24 hours of the session** are non-refundable and non-transferable. - **No-shows** will be charged in full, with no credit or refund. Please communicate with Stephanie directly at anandaindustries3@gmail.com if you will be late or cannot make your session. Late Arrivals: Doors are locked when class starts. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the practitioner to be on time for upcoming clients.
